My name is Taylor Armosino. I live in the Bay Area and I’m attending the University of Arizona as a pre-business major and I hope to study Sports Management. My Uncle got me into the New York Knicks a couple years ago and I’ve fallen in love with the Knicks, their fans and all the constant media culture surrounding the team. My goal is to use this blog as a forum to show my sports expertise as well as publish my opinions on all things New York Knicks. I would love to hear from other Knick fans and make this a site for Knick fans by Knick fans. Please contact me if you’d like to contribute to this blog in any way via article, photo, video, anything. You will be given full credit and everything. I enjoyed your comments on Shumpert being picked by the Knicks last year(June,2011). His workouts were amazing! After seeing him for 3/4 of the year so far, he has not disappointed. Sudden coaching change yesterday may just spark them, time will tell.
thanks Dave, I appreciate the kind words.
Yes, I’ve been more than pleased with Shumpert. He’s had a very productive season.
We’ll see what happens with Woodson. It may spark them, but I’m not banking on it
Look at their next 7 games. Do you think the Knicks can win 5 of the next 7 games? If so, then anything can happen.
I mean, the Knicks have the talent to match up with anyone when they play well. I think they can win 5 of 7 games, but I wouldn’t bet that they would.
You are right though, if this team gets hot the sky is the limit. talent wise, they can match up with anyone. its all about shooting well, doing the small things to win, stuff like that.
Taylor, what I am trying to say is please look specifically at the Knicks next 7 games and opponents. They have 4 games at home and 3 away. They play Indiana twice, once at home, the other away.Perhaps a split? They play Toronto twice which I feel they can win both of those games. Philly away which I give them a loss and 2 home games against Milwaukee and Detroit, both which they can win. Going 5 and 2 would be really good going into a tough April schedule.
oh, my apologies Dave. I didn’t understand what you were asking.
I think it shakes out like this.
They split versus Indiana.
I think they beat Toronto twice
They lose to Philly and Milwaukee and beat Detroit.
4-3 but they could very well go 7-0 or 6-1. I think Indiana is a tough matchup and they don’t match up that great with Milwaukee. Philly in Philly is tough, but Melo historically plays well against Iggy. Maybe he can carry them on the road.
Tyson…Beast!
